In simple terms: start your shopping journey from Demandeals, go to your chosen brand, place your order as usual, and your cashback gets tracked to your account. Once it becomes redeemable, you can transfer it directly to your bank account.

Open the brand offer you want to shop from and review the cashback rate and terms once.

Use the button to get redirected to the brand website/app, then place your order normally.

Cashback Gets Tracked
After a successful order, cashback starts appearing in your account as pending, then confirmed.

Transfer to Bank
When cashback becomes redeemable, go to My Wallet and submit your bank transfer request.
Brand Shopping Tips
To avoid missing cashback
- Always start shopping from Demandeals, not directly from the brand app or website.
- During checkout, avoid opening other coupon sites or switching through other tracking links.
- If an order is canceled or returned, cashback may be reversed.
- Payment must be successful and the order must be completed.
What cashback status means
- Pending: your order is tracked and waiting for brand validation.
- Confirmed: the brand has approved your cashback.
- Redeemable: you can request a bank transfer.
